LEGAL NOTICE

DECISIONS OF THE

CITY OF NEW BRITAIN

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

 

The following actions were taken at the Zoning Board of Appeals Regular Meeting of Thursday, May 17, 2018:

 

#4792:         181 Dwight Street, LLC’s request for variances to Sections 217-45-20 and 217-50-10, in order to allow the conversion of two existing commercial storefronts into residential apartment units at 181 Dwight Street was WITHDRAWN.

 

#4800:         CMHANB, LLC’s request for a variance to Section 90-10, permitted uses, in order to allow a marijuana dispensary in a T, Two-Family zoning district at 55 Winthrop Street was DENIED.

 

#4801:         Amisha Desai’s request for a variance to Section 218-50-20, in order to allow a portion of the parking for restaurant/night club at 1375 East Street to be provided on neighboring property was GRANTED.

 

#4802:         Jacquelin M. Tanksley’s request for a variance to Section 170-10, permitted uses, in order to allow an entertainment venue/nightclub at 105B West Main Street was WITHDRAWN.

 

#4803:         Jacquelin M. Tanksley’s request for a special exception to Section 170-20-70, in order to allow a permit to serve alcoholic beverages for an entertainment venue/nightclub at 105B West Main Street was WITHDRAWN.

 

#4804:         Tracy Lower for NB-BTMC, LLC’s request for a variance to Section 250-30-20.30, maximum height, in order to allow a 75-foot high pole-mounted business identification sign at 475 Hartford Road was WITHDRAWN.
