LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that by a majority vote of the New Britain Common Council at the Regular Meeting held on March 24, 2021, a resolution amending the Code of Ordinances was adopted, and signed by Mayor Erin E. Stewart on March 25, 2021.

Resolution #35324-2 Re: Amendment to the Code of Ordinances Section 23-72  to require an administrative fee of $100 for a waiver application to be exempt from the requirements in the code of ordinances.
